e7e7 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "e7e7" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the e7e7 online betting and casino service operated at https://e7e7.io and all associated mobile and web applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service offered through the e7e7 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with e7e7 and use any platform product, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from e7e7 or had an account closed by e7e7 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of e7e7 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the e7e7 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances held within them.

When completing the registration form you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

e7e7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration approval is at the sole discretion of e7e7.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e7e7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.

Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. e7e7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your password via email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel. e7e7 staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

e7e7 may freeze or suspend an account at any time if it detects unusual access patterns, suspected unauthorised use, or a potential security breach, pending investigation. During a security review, withdrawals and deposits may be temporarily restricted.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the e7e7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept foreign currency. e7e7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though e7e7 may apply daily deposit limits based on your account verification status and responsible gaming settings. 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and other interactive products available on e7e7 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by the provider agreement.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and market. • Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one registered account, whether under your own details or the details of another person.

• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including staking patterns designed to minimise wagering risk while fulfilling bonus requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any form of bonus harvesting.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that interfaces with the e7e7 platform in a manner not authorised by e7e7, including but not limited to automated click tools and odds scraping bots.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or game malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit made to your e7e7 account. Any account subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

e7e7 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. 11 Limitation of Liability

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements, interpreted in the context of the Bangladesh market where the e7e7 platform primarily operates.

The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
